Office Assistant/ Administrator

The position of Office Assistant consists of being responsible for providing a high quality of support in order to ensure effective and efficient operations and to aid the smooth running of a busy office.

The right individual will:

  • Attention to detail
  • Be organised and proactive
  • Possess strong IT skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Must hold a UK driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and have use of their own car
  • Working well with the team as well as working alone
  • Adapting to all areas of the business and putting themselves forward when assistance is needed
Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Answering the telephone and e-mail and relaying messages
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Approaching all tasks in a methodical manner
  • Assist Senior Management in all tasks where required
  • Manage spreadsheets
  • Monitor training completed at the offices
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Order processing
  • Run errands
  • Office maintenance
This is a full term permanent role to start ASAP.
