Are you an experienced and highly organized professional seeking a flexible remote position?

Join a team at an expert small brand that specializes in creating new homes in West London. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Personal Assistant/Administrator to provide remote support and contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including appointment bookings and diary management.
  • Review and optimize our website for effective property marketing.
  • Take minutes during meetings and distribute relevant notes via email.
  • Update Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Review and contribute to marketing and SEO strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sales brochures and pre-list materials.
  • Utilize marketing and social media skills for effective online presence.
  • Collate and monitor marketing reports and analytics, providing valuable management information.
  • Attend sales meetings, update the agenda, and take detailed minutes.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to gather data for weekly reporting requirements.
  • Review and update sales and marketing procedures as needed.
  • Ensure accurate sales values are assigned to plot locations.
Technical Experience:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in monitoring and reporting on targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize workload.

Pay and Other Information:
  • Rate: \xc2\xa385 -95 per day (PAYE).
  • Three days per week, remote work arrangement.
  • Rolling contract.
