Typical Responsibilities



handling incoming calls emails and enquiries, processing bookings and reservations for Various Client Groups. Maintaining records and databases ordering and tracking supplies general office support

Key Skills



Strong organisational and Multitasking abilities in a transport office Excellent Communication proficiency in Microsoft office Attention to detail Ability to handle confidential Information
full training will be given to the successful applicant in all our office procedures and system's

We would require you to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday each week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 per week
