We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and maintaining an organised environment. Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Handle incoming calls professionally, providing information and directing inquiries as necessary.
Support the team with administrative tasks
Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming for staff and visitors.
Experience
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Experience in clerical duties such as data entry will be advantageous.
