A well established, successful family-run business within the Construction industry, based in Benfleet is looking for an Office Assistant to join the team.
Responsibilities will include: some general office responsibilities such as answering phone calls, ordering supplies, diary management, assisting with administrative and financial tasks such as supplier invoices, weekly/monthly payroll information. Experience within the construction industry would be an advantage but is not essential.
Requirements:
Highly numerate
Confident IT skills including Excel & Outlook
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Well organised and able to work under own initiative
Use of Xero would be an advantage
Excellent attention to detail
This is a full-time, office-based position located in Benfleet. We offer a competitive salary (25,000 - 30,000) depending on experience. If you meet the qualifications and feel you would be a great addition to our team, please submit your CV for consideration
