Job Summary



Are you an experienced office assistant looking for a new challenge ? We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team. We are a busy plumbing company that is expanding our customer base. As an office assistant you will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments ,managing files and providing general administrative support to the office manager.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask in a fast paced environment, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Working hours are 9am-4pm on Mondays and Tuesdays also providing full time holiday cover when the office manager is on leave.

This position has the potential for more working hours in the future for the right candidate.
