Access International Security Ltd (AIS) have been established for over 22 years and are a leading London based Electrical, Security and Fire Protection Company. Due to continued growth, Access International Security Ltd are looking to recruit an Estimator/project coordinator for the Security Division based from our Head office in Loughton, Essex. However, site and client visits will be required.

We are keen to speak with experienced Estimators, enthusiastic Trainee estimators, installation engineer looking for a office position, or calibre individuals, with strong administration and Microsoft Excel skills, who are ambitious and looking to develop a career with Access International Security (AIS).

The main responsibility of the role is to assist with the preparation and submittal of tender proposals that are received, ensuring they are completed in line with tender specifications and providing details and costing within agreed timescales, however, there will also be an element of project coordination linked to the role. The main objective of the estimating role is to ensure that each project is accurately costed, and all client requirements are met or exceeded, keeping to deadlines and displaying high levels of customer service at all times.

Overview:



Providing a critical support role to the wider sales and project function. Provide an accurate assessment of project costs for fire and or security installations. Responsible for progressing internal and external customer enquiries, interpreting specifications/drawings and strictly adhering to pre-defined project deadlines. Responsible for drawing take-off`s, supplier and sub-contractor quotations. Day to day production of minor works quotes. Post order design, ensuring complete value engineered package is passed to the operations team for implementation. Liaise with colleagues, M&E contractors, consultants and End Users to fill in the information gaps. Assisting with project coordination to project completion/hand over. Assisting Office Manager in completing PQQ`s and ITT`s when required

Experience Required:



Organised with an eye for detail. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Enthusiastic with a real desire to learn. Ability to multi-task and set clear priorities. PC Literate, fluent in MS Office Packages (Word, Excel etc). Experience with Electronic Security Systems

Desirable:



Experience of AutoCAD Experience within the M&E / Construction sector

Working hours:



Hours: 8:00am - 4:45pm Monday to Friday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
