We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Assistant to support our administrative team. Duties



Answering and taking orders from customers by telephone Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence via email Organising and maintaining physical and digital filing systems Data entry using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings Preparing documents, reports, as required Supporting other administrative tasks to ensure efficient office functioning Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and invoicing processes Providing general support to team members and visitors

Skills



Proven office experience or administrative background Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry purposes Good phone etiquette and communication skills Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work undertaken Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Previous clerical experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
