Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining accurate records. Working hours

Mon - Fri - 9am to 1pm (can be slightly flexible to suit school drop off and pick up)

Temporary maternity cover with possibility of extending depending on business needs

Duties



Manage and coordinate administrative tasks to support office functions Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of information Perform data entry and update records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks software Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars for team members Support invoicing, billing, and other financial documentation processes Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed

Requirements



Proven office experience with strong organisational skills Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Experience in data entry and clerical tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Strong typing skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred but not essential for highly motivated candidates Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Demonstrated organisational skills with an eye for detail Knowledge of office procedures and best practices in administrative support
