This is a temporary role for an office assistant located in Leckhampton, Cheltenham. An excellent opportunity for an organised, computer literate individual. Ideal for someone wanting to work in a professional but relaxed office during school hours. This role would start as soon as possible.
Working hours:
20 hours per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Firday 9.30-3
Salary:
26,325 Per annum (pro rata)
Responsibilities:
This is a varied and evolving role so the roles and responsibilities listed are just an example of what you'll be doing:
Inputting, updating and maintaining customer and supplier information and bills and invoices via Xero
Creating, updating and maintaining spreadsheets
Paperwork and Online Filing
Liaising with customers via calls and emails to arrange annual services, provide follow up paperwork and taking general enquiries.
Reconciliation of monthly expenses
Registration of Gas installs with relevant suppliers/bodies
Management of Fleet maintenance & Insurance
Sourcing and ordering of products
.Social media posts
Other general administration duties as required
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
Good IT Skills with the ability to input data and a working knowledge of Word and Excel
Familiarity with office equipment
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Good written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a small team
An ability to prioritise and ask for help if required - training will be given
Self motivated, with an openness to be flexible within the role
