The Role
We are seeking a reliable, organised, and motivated
Office Assistant
to join our busy team. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office setting and enjoys managing multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Direct enquiries to the appropriate team member
Manage and maintain the diary for our fitters
Process new customer orders accurately
Liaise with customers to provide job quotes
Take payments and update customers on order progress
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails
File paperwork and maintain organised records
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily administrative tasks
Carry out general administrative and office duties
The Ideal Candidate Will
Be organised, well spoken, and literate
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Be punctual, attentive, and dependable
Be motivated, enthusiastic, and professional
Be able to use initiative and think on their feet
Have excellent attention to detail
Have prior experience working in an office environment
Be able to follow instructions and work well under direction
Be capable of working calmly under pressure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
