About the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive
Office Assistant
to support the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines administration, communication, and creative work to help keep our venues, hosts, and marketing running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule engaging social media content, monitor inboxes, and respond to comments and messages.
Update and maintain the company website - adding new venues, publishing job posts, and making general edits.
Handle general office duties including contacting hosts and venues, maintaining record, and building strong working relationships.
Make outbound calls to venues and hosts when required.
Prepare and send new contracts, ensuring all documentation is correctly filed and recorded.
Assist with creating, editing, and managing point-of-sale materials such as posters, flyers, and digital templates.
Pack and post materials to venues with a high level of accuracy and care.
Manage and monitor stock levels of uniforms and promotional materials.
Keep the shared work calendar updated and help maintain clear communication across the team.
Answer incoming calls and emails in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner.
Skills and Qualities
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Confident using email, spreadsheets, and social media platforms.
A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Creative flair and an interest in marketing or design (desirable).
Experience in a similar office or administrative role is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
Experience with social media, graphic design, or blogging is preferred but not essential - training will be provided for the right candidate.
