We are looking for a flexible and reliable assistant to join our small office team, providing support with general bookkeeping and day-to-day administrative tasks.
While bookkeeping qualifications would be advantageous, they are not essential -- full training can be provided for the right candidate. More important is a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Experience within a manufacturing environment would be desirable.
The ideal candidate will have

A minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role
Strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy
Good communication and organisational abilities
Key Responsibilities
:
Sales and purchase ledger processing
Bank reconciliations
Accounting journals
Credit control and payment runs
Payroll checks
Answering telephone calls and handling general enquiries
Hours & Location
:
Flexible hours - part-time or full-time options available
Regular working hours between Monday and Friday required
This is an office-based role
Salary:
Hourly rate dependent on experience
