The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims efficiently and accurately. The position is suitable for applicants who thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Review and verify claim documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
Process claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain detailed records of all claims processed, including updates and correspondence
Communicate effectively with customers, garages, and internal teams regarding claim status and requirements
Assist in resolving claim disputes or queries promptly and professionally
Support the team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Requirements
Prior experience within the motor trade, such as a service/parts advisor or in a workshop environment would be beneficial and preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent attention to detail to minimise errors during processing
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of professionalism
