Job Summary

The Dental Case Coordinator is a key administrative role responsible for managing incoming client cases, ensuring accurate data entry, proactive communication, and adherence to strict deadlines. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in dental implants to facilitate smooth operations and maintain our commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at client interaction, and is committed to following established procedures to support our laboratory's reputation for reliability. Training will be provided on our laboratory management system.

Key Responsibilities

Case Intake and Data Management

: Receive and review incoming cases from dental clients, including prescriptions, digital scans, and supporting documentation. Accurately input all case details into our proprietary laboratory management system to initiate production workflows.

Client Communication

: Serve as the primary point of contact for dentists and their reception staff. Proactively reach out via phone, email, or portal to gather any missing information, clarify specifications, and resolve discrepancies to prevent delays.

Deadline Adherence

: Monitor case timelines rigorously, prioritising urgent orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure all cases meet or exceed agreed-upon delivery deadlines. Flag potential bottlenecks and escalate as needed.

Implant Parts Ordering

: Utilise dental implant expertise to evaluate case requirements, source and order necessary components (e.g., abutments, analogues, screws) from approved vendors. Verify compatibility, track shipments, and update case records accordingly.

Procedure Compliance

: Strictly adhere to company protocols for data handling, quality checks, and documentation to maintain compliance with industry standards and internal SOPs.
Required Qualifications

Experience

: Demonstrated hands-on experience in dental implants (e.g., ordering components, case coordination for implant restorations).

Skills

: Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail to handle high-volume, deadline-driven tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with dental professionals and staff. Familiarity with dental terminology and basic restorative procedures. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy under pressure.

Other

: Ability to work standard business hours with flexibility for urgent cases.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
