We're a dynamic Bath-based advertising agency looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being the go-to person and takes genuine satisfaction in providing excellent client servicing and office support.
What You'll Be Doing
Your typical day might include:
Being our friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face for visitors
Preparing meeting rooms, ensuring they're perfectly set up with refreshments and tech
Managing staff timesheets, holiday requests, and keeping our databases shipshape
Arranging couriers and handling incoming/outgoing mail
Managing office supplies, ensuring stationery, hygiene and kitchen items are well stocked
Collating client advertising voucher copies and transferring them to client documents
Handling client competitor monitoring and newspaper advertising reports
Plus some brilliant variety throughout the year:
Coordinating our office Christmas celebrations
Supporting HR processes and health & safety compliance
Seeking out suitable networking events, awards and events to help raise our profile
Managing our charitable initiatives and environmental policies
Conducting market research that directly supports client projects
What We're Looking For
Essential skills:
Confident with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Database management experience
Excellent communication skills and phone manner
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Self-motivated problem-solver who works well under pressure
Bonus points for:
HR or Health & Safety knowledge
Research experience
Events management or networking experience
Working experience in environmental sustainability
Experience of writing reports and devising procedures
