We are looking for an Office Coordinator to play a key role in the smooth running of our busy electrical contracting business. This is a varied role where you will be the central point of coordination between our engineers, suppliers, and clients -- helping to keep projects on track and customer service standards high.
25,000 - 27,000 per year (depending on experience)
Key responsibilities include:
Registering and setting up new jobs in our system
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional manner
Booking in jobs and scheduling appointments for engineers
Ordering and organising materials for upcoming projects
Maintaining accurate records and managing job-related documentation
Providing day-to-day office support across the business

What we're looking for:
Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Previous admin experience (experience in the construction/electrical sector is desirable but not essential)
Confident communicator who enjoys delivering great customer service
