Job Description

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and personable Office Coordinator / Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be the central point of contact for our internal teams and clients, handling a wide range of administrative, operational, and organizational tasks to create a productive work environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:



Oversee daily office operations, including supply procurement, coordination of maintenance services, and management of office equipment. Process client orders through the internal system accurately and efficiently. Communicate project status updates and relevant data to clients in a timely manner. Manage external contractors by reviewing contracts, monitoring progress, and verifying completion of assigned tasks. Serve as the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, providing a professional and friendly welcome. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents. Assist with HR functions, including new employee onboarding, maintaining personnel files, and coordinating internal events. Maintain supplier relationships and manage contracts for office services. Oversee office safety and compliance, including managing health and safety procedures, fire drills, and first aid provisions.

Skills and Qualifications



Proven experience in an office management, coordination, or administrative support role. Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Good written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software. A positive, professional, and friendly demeanour with a strong customer service mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: 27,000.00-31,000.00 per year
