Summary
We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Prime Secure. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing office operations and supporting our staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional security solutions.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administrative and office support activities
Oversee supplier orders and organise maintenance activities.
Support the finance function in terms of rota management and payroll.
Manage scheduling and calendars for key personnel
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of security processes
Support across different department functions with administrative support
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Support compliance-related tasks and maintain accurate records
Ensure smooth communication within the team and with other departments
Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Build and maintain good rapport with Staff, Clients, and suppliers.
Carry out daily office administrative tasks any other reasonable tasks as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as Office Coordinator or equivalent
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
IT Literate, including MS Office
An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
Excellent time management, organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong knowledge of compliance and security-related procedures
Experience within Security Industry would be an Advantage!
Desirable:
Experience in the security industry
Familiarity with facilities and financial administration
Holds or is eligible for an SIA Non-Frontline License
