Job Summary



An excellent opportunity has arisen for an office junior to work in our busy and enthusiastic legal firm on a full-time permanent basis.Ideally this would suit a school leaver looking for a career in an office.

Responsibilities and Duties



You will be trained on our office procedures and your duties will include the following:

Filing Making tea/coffee Indexing legal deeds Mail (franking, collecting and sending) Answering telephone calls and making appointments Copying documents Typing emails/ short letters.
You will be providing an essential support role to the secretarial team, cash department and the lawyers in this varied and fun role. Prospects for the right candidate.

Qualifications and Skills



Knowledge of Microsoft word and excel would be beneficial but not essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person
