Job role.
This is a full-time call handler roll, based within our Leeds based office. The successful candidate will be responsible for accepting inbound calls, working in conjunction with various types of covers and offering guidance and advice.
Duties.
Taking inbound calls gathering essential information from clients and accurately updating our internal system
Collaborating with other internal teams and business partners to ensure correct procedures are followed to provide a seamless experience for the end customer.
Providing support and assistance to other internal departments where needed.
Role requirements.
Excellent communication Skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy in recording all telephone conversations
Previous experience in this type of role would be advantageous.
Prior experience within the motor trade would be beneficial however not essential.
Start date: Immediate for the correct candidate.
working hours are 9 am - 5pm
