Are you looking to kickstart your career in the legal field? We are on the hunt for a proactive and enthusiastic Office Junior / Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, professional setting. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing vital support to our legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
your tasks will involve but are not limited to opening of client records and case files on our Case Management System accurately and ensuring client records / files are kept up to date, photocopying, scanning documents and submitting offers to name but a few.
Communication:
Reception cover may be required from time to time. A good presence and telephone manner would be required.
Scheduling:
you may be required to help keep our team on track by scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Document Preparation:
Assist in preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
What We're Looking For:
Organizational Skills:
You have a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Team Player:
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
Previous experience in an office or legal environment is a plus but not essential.
Eager Learner:
A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
