We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. Duties
Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Assist with data entry tasks using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Organise and maintain filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for team members
Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Update databases accurately and efficiently to reflect current information
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows
Qualifications
Previous office or administrative experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
Demonstrated professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
