THE POSITION
We are seeking a full time Office Junior / Administrator to join our Commercial Admin team. The role holder will report to the PA/Commercial Office Manager and the primary purpose of the job will be to support our admin team aircraft operators in providing excellent customer service.
MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately input information into our inhouse database systems (Aerotrack).
Handle any customer service issues and complete general administrative duties.
Regular liaison by telephone and email with our Aviation Partners to manage, track and progress the maintenance and repair of airline components.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with the CRS Technicians, Buyer, Sales and Admin Team members internally.
Responds to customer enquiries by telephone or email in a professional and timely manner.
Adheres to all Company standard operating procedures
Adheres to all health and safety procedures
Meets customer service and quality standards
Ensures all administration and systems inputs meets agreed standards
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
GCSE Level or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Office.
Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
