We're seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to lead and coordinate the operational, administrative, and HR functions of our organisation. You'll play a key part in ensuring compliance, managing staff processes, and supporting a smooth client journey. As the first point of contact for clients and customers, your professionalism and positivity will set the tone for their experience with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Compliance:
Oversee the smooth running of day-to-day office operations
Maintain and update health & safety procedures and compliance records
Manage schedules for teams, clients, and events
Coordinate and record risk assessments, policies, and procedures
HR Support:
Support onboarding and induction for new staff and volunteers
Track staff absences, hours, and holidays
Coordinate DBS checks and training records
Assist with performance reviews and team communications
Client Engagement:
Act as the first point of contact for clients and customers onsite
Respond to enquiries and coordinate bookings
Ensure clients receive timely communication and support
Support marketing and events coordination where needed
Executive Support:
Provide occasional PA assistance to the CEO and leadership team
Support reporting and internal admin processes
Who We're Looking For:
Someone with strong organisational and people skills
Experience in office or operations management (HR knowledge a bonus)
A confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving
Friendly and approachable with a proactive attitude
Comfortable in a busy, values-led environment
Knowledge or horses and yard environments is preferable.
