We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and a knack for team management. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting both staff and clients alike.
Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to enhance performance.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
Handle human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and managing personnel records.
Utilise accounting software for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
Implement organisational systems to improve workflow and efficiency.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Experience
Proven experience in an office management role or similar position.
Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisation and attention to detail.
Experience in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
Must have 2 years experience in Running retail pizza store or similar retail experience
