Office Manager
(Finance and Operations Focus) to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll play a key role in Finance, HR, IT and office management -- helping everything work efficiently behind the scenes.
You'll manage day to day accounting activities (bank recs, cash management, payroll, reporting), support recruitment and HR processes, coordinate suppliers, and keep the office running at its best.

Do you have AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualifications which will be useful for bookkeeping, cash management, and reconciliations. It is not a deal breaker.
Are you CIPD Level 3 qualified? This would be for HR administration and employee management. It is not a deal breaker
Do you have an NVQ or other professional qualifications in Office/Business Administration. It is not a deal breaker.
Do you have good, all round experience in office administration, with exposure to finance and HR, especially in an SME.
This role is currently based in Hallaton Street, LE2, due to move to new premises in Loughborough, before Christmas. Will you be able to start your employment in LE2 in the knowledge it will soon move to LE11?
