As a (EL) Finance and Operations Assistant you will report to the Finance Manager and work toward ensuring a smooth business environment with the focus of optimal performance.
To be successful as an (EL) Finance and Operations Assistant, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Top candidates will have strong organisational, proactive thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Entering supplier invoices into both current works and finance systems.
Providing statements, remittances and other financial documents where required.
Finance system reconciling and coding.
Managing works system data input in relation to job financing.
Purchase order input and completion.
Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
Updating logs and order forms.
Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors.
Assist the finance department with cost/invoice entry, timesheet approval.
Operations & Finance Administrator Requirements:
Minimum 3 GCSE's or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Keen organisational skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
