Office Manager
to lead our administrative operations in Greater London. This is a key role in supporting our private hire transport business, which is fully licensed by Transport for London (TFL).

Key Responsibilities:
Plan daily office workflows and delegate administrative tasks
Manage correspondence, records, and client-driver interactions
Maintain accurate booking, contract, and compliance documentation
Coordinate TFL-related processes, including driver licensing and onboarding
Oversee reception and front office procedures
Support internal HR and compliance functions
Improve overall office efficiency and service delivery standards
Qualifications and Experience:
GCSEs, A-levels or equivalent (international credentials accepted)
Business/administrative qualifications (preferred)
Experience in office, transport, or logistics-based roles
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
Eligibility:
