We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager vacancy, based centrally at one of our London Offices working for an Aviation company.


The role of an Office Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the Office, they will manage and deliver a range of office and administrative services, taking a proactive approach to ensure that all office service activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to support the overall needs of the company's objectives.


You will the first point of contact for anything related to the location, to manage and deliver a range of office and administrative services, oversee the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of the office, equipment and devices, including heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, electric, and structural systems to ensure efficient and safe operations.


You will need to support the executives and employees, the Real Estate & facilities manager with annual budget planning, forecasting and capital management. And Inspect facilities, generate inspection reports and alert to any problems.

Hours: Monday to Friday, between 0800 - 1700



Salary: 40,000 per annum.

Qualifications



Admin and Office Management experience is essential for the successful candidate, as well as IT literacy and a proficiency with Microsoft Office products.


The successful candidate will have:

An ability and willingness to use their own initiative and be proactive. An ability to prioritise effectively, plan and organise. Excellent customer service skills. Experience in dealing with difficult situations. An ability to stay calm and to work at a fast pace. An ability to multitask, be highly organised and able to work to conflicting and tight deadlines. Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communications.
