The role




As our office manager, you'll be at the heart of our London team; supporting both the day-to-day operations of the office, and coordinating the diaries and schedules of our leadership team - enabling everyone to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include:

Organising travel and events for staff. Providing diary and administrative support to senior team members. Developing and implementing office policies and procedures. Managing office facilities, supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Coordinating meeting rooms and supporting general office organisation. Fostering a positive office culture through team-building activities, in conjunction with the Human Resources team. Handling mail, scheduling, and data management. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Acting as the first point of contact for office-related queries. Monitoring office budgets and expenses.

About you



You will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and a desire to own your work. You'll have approximately 3-4 years of experience in administration (office management preferred). You'll have excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal English communication skills. You'll be a collaborative team player who can multitask and prioritise effectively. You'll have an eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic company. You'll have proficiency in the Microsoft Office. You'll ideally have experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
