To lead the day-to-day administration and coordination of the ARK Pest Control Ltd Orpington office. The Office Manager will ensure smooth running of administrative functions, handle incoming client and resident communications, and manage local support staff. A key aspect of this role is managing the team and maintaining a professional, responsive office environment aligned with ARK's service ethos.
Key duties:
Manage and supervise the administrative staff within the office
Coordinate daily office activities to ensure effective operations
Respond promptly and professionally to calls and queries from clients and residents
Maintain office systems, including data management and filing
Oversee scheduling support and ensure accurate data entry into service systems
Monitor office supply levels and place orders as necessary
Ensure health and safety compliance and manage office risk assessments
Work closely with field service managers and scheduling teams to support service delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing process enhancements
Prepare regular performance reports for regional management
