37.5 hours per week, 9.00-5.30pm, Monday to Friday
We are looking to recruit an Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Home Manager for the smooth running of the service to ensure the delivery of the highest standards of care to our residents.
You must be highly experienced in face-to-face customer service, excellent phone manner and communication skills. You must be presentable, self-motivated, highly organised and be able to work both as part of a team and independently.
Excellent IT skills to include Word and Excel are essential. You must hold an NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
