Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Wallingford office.
The successful candidate will be proactive and resourceful, capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks. They will thrive on getting things done, love variety and won't hesitate to 'roll up their sleeves'.
This role is key in creating a productive office environment where essential back-office support runs seamlessly. Following routines and processes for site teams, head office colleagues and suppliers, it maintains information ensuring records are always accessible and up to date for the people that need it, including supplier and employment records.
Experience in the construction sector would be an advantage.
