Job Title: Office Manager / Accountant / AdministratorJob Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Accountant / Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the business. This role is critical to ensuring smooth office operations, accurate invoicing, timely contract administration, and full compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management



Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally on a daily basis Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Accounting & Financial Administration



Complete and issue all invoicing for work completed the prior day Track invoices, payments, and outstanding accounts Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping processes Liaise with external accountants or bookkeepers as required

Contracts & Job Administration



Prepare, issue, and track all contracts for upcoming and completed jobs Ensure contracts are sent out accurately and in a timely manner Maintain up-to-date records of signed agreements and job documentation

Compliance & Insurance



Ensure the business remains fully compliant with insurance requirements Monitor insurance policies, renewals, and certificates Maintain records to ensure the company is "above board" with all regulatory and insurance obligations

General Administration



Provide administrative support to management and operations teams Handle correspondence, scheduling, and internal communication Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in office management, administration, and basic accounting Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Confidence working with invoicing, contracts, and financial records Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Pay: From 35,000.00 per year
