We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office functions and ensuring smooth communication within the office.
Duties
Oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks and clerical duties
Utilise SAGE financial management (or XERO), invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks
SAGE Payroll and advantage but not necessary.
Maintain organised filing systems and ensure accurate record keeping
Handle correspondence via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy
Skills
Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles
Proficiency in SAGE or XERO accounting software
Payroll an advantage but not necessary
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated clerical and administrative expertise within an office setting
Proactive problem-solving abilities coupled with a professional attitude
This is a Part Time / Flexible hours' position.
