Part-Time Office Manager
to join our small, friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office administration
Schedule and support ongoing projects
Communicate with employee's, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Handle invoicing, document control, and file management
General office support and coordination tasks
Requirements:
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong general
IT literacy
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Previous construction industry experience preferred (not essential)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to work alongside other office staff i.e book keeper, contracts manager/s, project manager/s etc
Hours:
Monday to Friday
Approx.
9:30am - 2:30pm
(20 hours per week)
