Job Description

The Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for:

Office/Admin Management

Handling emails, calls, and client communication. Scheduling jobs, managing bookings, and supporting the team. Assisting with invoicing and payment tracking.

Marketing & Business Growth

Managing our Google Business Profile (posts, reviews, photos). Running and monitoring online ads (Google, social media). Keeping our website updated with new services/testimonials. Creating basic content for social media and marketing campaigns.

Recruitment & HR Support

Posting job adverts for plumbers and apprentices. Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates. Coordinating interviews and trials. Supporting onboarding (contracts, compliance, uniforms).

Duties



Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Oversee project management tasks, coordinating with various departments to meet deadlines. Utilise SEO strategies to enhance online presence and improve website traffic. Create and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Conduct analysis using Google Analytics to assess performance metrics and inform decision-making. Develop email marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients, utilising copywriting skills to engage audiences. Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for search engines. Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings and client pitches. Manage budgets and track expenses using Microsoft Excel to ensure financial accuracy. Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership and communication. Has experience in

office management, marketing, or recruitment

(ideally all three). Is highly organised and comfortable multitasking. Has strong communication skills (both written and spoken). Is confident with digital tools (Google Workspace, social media, website CMS, CRM systems). Is proactive, driven, and able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-38,000.00 per year
