About the Role




As the

Digital Marketing Manager,

you will be an integral part of the team, using tech platforms to drive commercial success, spearheading our online marketing strategy, optimising performance, and providing critical marketing intelligence for our group of high-end restaurants and bars.


As a team player

you will act as a role model to all team members by showing a positive approach through excellent support, training and communication.

In This Role You'll:




Shape and deliver on digital marketing plans. Use business insights from booking engines (Seven Rooms, Collins), for sales forecasting and identifying new revenue opportunities, linking campaign performance directly to business goals. Leverage analytics and precise targeting to maximise ROI across all digital channels. Drive CRM strategies, understanding and reporting on the lifetime value (LTV) of new and existing customers. Support the Brand Marketing Manager by providing the necessary platforms and technical expertise to launch and manage multi-channel campaigns. Work with the Content Marketing Manager to maximise the impact of digital marketing channels. Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to develop and execute workflows for corporate and group party bookings. Provide in-depth analysis and insightful reporting on all digital marketing activities. Oversee SEO analysis and planning to enhance organic visibility and maintain a strong understanding of technical website build and CMS to ensure optimal online presence. Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to visualise and interpret data.





People Support




Evaluate, train, motivate and guide relevant team members on digital marketing skills. Attend and contribute to Sales & Marketing Team briefings and other related activities. Be an ambassador for the ethics and values of Black Rock Restaurants Work with external agencies such as Hideout on web optimisation strategies.

What We're Looking For




A confident, digital marketing guru with at least

five years

experience with two years in a hospitality role. A data-led mindset, someone who supports clever thinking with evidence and strong commercial acumen. Booking Engines: Seven Rooms, Collins or equivalent.

Desirable not essential*
Hospitality EPOS Systems: Strong understanding of how to extract and interpret sales data. CRM Platforms: Airship, Salesforce, or Access or equivalent. Advertising Platforms: Full understanding of Google Business and Google Campaign Manager, strong knowledge of Meta advertising (Facebook/Instagram). Website: Good knowledge of technical website build and Content Management Systems (CMS). SEO: Good knowledge of SEO analysis and planning tools/strategies. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations. Able to build a dashboard in customisable and interactive analytics platforms. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical and data insights to non-technical stakeholders. A proactive problem-solver with meticulous attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
