The Role:

We are looking for a friendly, proactive and highly organised individual to join our team. This is a multi-skilled role that requires initiative and a problem-solving mindset. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting customers and suppliers, and keeping systems up to date.

Responsibilities:



Customer Support and Sales Admin Handling customer enquiries via email and phone--providing excellent service and building relationships. Managing quotes, raising sales orders and invoices in Sage 50 and our in-house database. Being proactive with customers and suppliers to speed up decisions, confirm orders, book deliveries, or agree on delivery dates.

Suppliers and Inventory Management



Processing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers. Monitoring stock levels to ensure product availability. Booking in deliveries and raising delivery notes.

Office and Operations Management



Keeping systems updated - managing Sage 50, our in-house database, and ensuring everything is accurate. Updating pricing and product details (pricing structures vary by quantity, so attention to detail is key). Tracking sales and purchase orders to ensure everything is received and dispatched on time. Updating production schedules--ensuring our factory team are aware of jobs and due dates. Supporting the director & office team, helping to keep everything running efficiently.

Sales Support



Assist in generating and following up on quotes to convert enquiries into sales. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to identify repeat opportunities. Track open quotes and follow up proactively to help drive conversion. Support the director and team with business development efforts and customer account management.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Experience:

Customer service: 2 years (required) Sage: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
