Job Description

Location:

Type:

Full-Time

We're looking for someone who's been part of a larger, well-structured company and now wants to bring that experience into a smaller, fast-growing team--someone who enjoys taking the reins, fixing what's messy, and helping a business level up.

If you're the type who sees an unorganised system and immediately thinks, "Right, let's tidy this up," then you'll fit in perfectly.

What You'll Do

Take ownership of

scheduling

, ensuring jobs, teams, and resources are aligned without chaos. Manage

filing and documentation

, keeping everything easy to find and up to standard. Jump into

general admin duties

--because we're a smaller company and everyone wears a few hats. Handle

calls with customers

in a friendly, confident manner. Keep track of

multiple tasks at once

while staying calm and organised. Work with spreadsheets (

Excel or Google Sheets

) at a high level--formulas, filters, dashboards, the good stuff. Help us

streamline and modernise

our internal systems, bringing structure where needed. Assist with

reporting

, job tracking, and updating internal records. Support the team with

day-to-day operations

including ordering supplies, updating schedules, and general office upkeep.

What We're Looking For

Experience in an admin or operational role, ideally within a

larger or well-organised company

. Someone with a degree in a suitable role is preferred Someone who wants

more responsibility

and likes taking charge instead of waiting to be told. Strong

Excel/Google Sheets

ability--if you can build something that makes life easier, we want you. A cheery, approachable phone manner--customer-facing confidence matters. Naturally organised with a bit of "I'll sort that" energy. Able to manage time and multiple tasks without dropping the ball. A proactive mindset--if you see a problem, you solve it.

Why Join Us?

We're growing quickly, and this role will genuinely influence how our business operates. You won't be stuck in a rigid corporate structure--you'll be shaping how things work as we move to the next level. There's real room to make the role your own, improve systems, and become a key voice in the company.
