The Office Support Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our operations, working closely with our Client Liaison Manager and wider office team.
This position has been created to strengthen our existing structure as we continue to grow -- designed to complement and support, not replace, current management.
You will be working directly with and supported by our experienced Client Liaison Manager, who has been with the business for many years and brings a wealth of operational knowledge. Full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and supported as you develop in the role.
Responsibilities
Coordinate site attendances and scheduling for operatives across the UK.
Liaise with field-based teams to manage updates, progress reports, and queries.
Assist in preparing and formalising quotations once specifications and costs are confirmed.
Return completed quotations and correspondence to clients in a professional and timely manner.
Following up on quotes provided, providing clients with additional information if required.
Maintain accurate client, project, and job records in company systems.
Support the Client Liaison Manager and wider office team with day-to-day administrative duties.
Provide general office support to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Qualifications
Essential:
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination-based role.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
High attention to detail and a proactive approach.
A professional and friendly manner with a positive attitude to teamwork.
Desirable:
Experience within construction, facilities management, or a service-based industry.
Familiarity with scheduling or CRM systems.
Experience working with or supporting field-based teams

Competitive salary: 25,500 - 28,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
