Williams Lea seeks a Multi Service Operator to join our team!

Purpose of role
We are looking for a Multi Service Operator to join our existing team in providing our client with a first-class service. Experience not necessary but we require a team player with an enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude. This role would support all the service lines we deliver to our client: Reprographics, Office Services/Facilities Support, Mailroom, Floor/Legal Admin Support and Archive/Records Teams.
Please note this role will require flexibility, working different shift patterns depending on operational needs. Shifts can start from 7am up until 7pm in the evening.
Key responsibilities
Reprographics Support
Batch printing, multiple scanning, scale documents to the requested output size, binding and other administrative tasks as required
Mailroom Support
Sorting and delivering incoming and outgoing post and couriers, booking couriers and monitoring delivery, collections of packages and print requests, digital filing of incoming post
Archiving/Records Service Support
Moving files and boxes around the building, requesting and retrieving offsite records, securely handling deeds and wills, searching, and updating the records database, and supporting ad hoc queries and projects
OS and Facilities Support
Raising FHD tickets and completing jobs assigned, completing office moves and meeting room set ups and set downs, completing access control tasks, general ad-hoc duties and manual labour duties
Floor/Legal Admin Support
Printing requests, batch printing, binding documents, digital scanning of files and documents, preparing outgoing mail requests, carrying out ad hoc administrative tasks as per department
Personal attributes
You must have basic knowledge of working with Microsoft software
