Care Connect London Ltd brings together qualified professionals to provide visiting eyecare service to dependent individuals in their homes: Sheltered Housing Complexes, Extra Care Complexes, Care & Nursing Homes and Individuals in private residence.

Your duties include, but not be limited to:
Planning & Arranging visits for mobile clinics at locations
Administrative support for both, pre & post, mobile clinics
Accurate Administration for invoices / payments / orders
Maintain accurate records for both, Hard Copy & Electronic
Calls & Queries handling
Compassion & Empathy for dependent vulnerable individuals
GDPR compliance (at all times)
You need to be:
Proficient with MS Office
Excellent communicator with people at all levels, age range, ethnicity, background
Well presented, Organised with calm approach at all times
Team Player keen to collaborate
Accurate, Diligent with attention to detail
Working hours: locum one day per week during Mon - Thur 9:30am - 5pm
