Role: Office Support Manager

Location: Oxford

Open to full time or part time (3 days minimum) applications.

CPC is an independent project and cost management consultancy, providing the best technical expertise in delivering infrastructure, property and transformational change projects that are improving people's lives both at work and at home.

Reporting to the Partner for our Oxford office, this is a great opportunity to join the UK's largest privately owned consultancy in this space. You will be involved with ensuring the smooth running of our Oxford office which is currently home to 15 of our colleagues.

Due to the internal promotion of our existing support manager, you will be provided with a comprehensive handover, that will enable you to hit the ground running in your new role.

There are expected to be opportunities to grow the role in time and increase the number of days should it be mutually agreeable. The previous two Office Managers have both moved into Project Management roles should that be a route you choose to take in the future.

You will:



Be the first point of contact for people communicating with CPC either in person or by phone, and reflect a positive image of the company. Facilitate the smooth operation of our Oxford office.

Key Duties:



Welcoming guests and answering incoming calls/emails. Scheduling meetings & booking appropriate meeting rooms/venues. Act as the point of contact for all office supplies and facilities related issues. Assist the finance team with expenses, timesheets, raising of purchase orders & invoicing. Undertake general admin duties. Support the induction process for new starters. Support the IT Manager with IT administration Organisation of Company's social events, volunteering, charity & wellbeing initiatives. Project support to team members.

Experience & Qualifications:



Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office including Outlook Good organisational and communication skills a must Experience in a similar position Discretion in dealing with confidential information Positive outlook and team player

Pay: 28,000.00-33,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
