As part of our Cardiff branch expansion, we are looking to appoint an
Office Support & Marketing Assistant
to strengthen our local presence and provide essential office-based student support.
Summary
This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys both
office support work
and
local, face-to-face marketing activities
. You will support walk-in students, assist with administrative tasks, and help promote FBA UK LTD locally around Cardiff Central and nearby areas.
This is
not a digital marketing or admissions decision-making role
. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Office & Student Support
Welcome and assist walk-in students and visitors
Support students with basic administrative requirements and document collection
Schedule appointments and follow up on local enquiries
Maintain visitor records and enquiry logs
Coordinate with the branch manager and operations team
Keep the office environment organised and student-friendly
Local Marketing & Outreach
Distribute flyers and promotional materials in Cardiff Central and surrounding areas
Promote FBA UK LTD at local colleges, community centres, libraries, and businesses
Engage with the local community to create awareness of FBA services
Collect offline enquiries and ensure accurate entry into the CRM system
Provide feedback on local market response and student interest
General Branch Support
Assist during enrollment days, interviews, and local events
Ensure marketing materials are stocked and displayed properly
Act as a local representative and brand ambassador for FBA UK LTD
Person Specification
Essential:
Confident communication skills
Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors for local outreach
Basic computer skills (training provided for systems)
Reliable, organised, and punctual
Desirable:
Knowledge of Cardiff or local community networks
Experience in customer service, education support, outreach, or promotions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary
Pay: 12.21-12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
