We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telesales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to engage potential customers effectively. This role involves reaching out to our clients, promoting our products to maximise on the sales potential.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to promote our products .
Engage in meaningful conversations with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Utilise software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and previous customer interactions.

Requirements
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with exciting and potential customers.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
