Telesales Executive - High Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonus
Based in our vibrant Blackpool sales office

We're growing fast and looking for motivated Telesales Executives to join our high-performing team. No experience? No problem. If you bring the right attitude and determination, we'll provide full training and support to set you up for success.
What You'll Be Doing
Making outbound calls to qualified, targeted leads provided by our in-house Data team.
Building rapport with decision-makers and understanding their needs.
Converting calls into
quality appointments
for our field sales team. Consistently hitting achievable targets in afun, supportive, and energetic environment
.What We're Looking For
Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner. Self-motivated, driven, and
money-focused
. A positive attitude with acompetitive edge
. Appointment-setting or telesales experience (preferred but not essential). Ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team.What You'll Get in Return
