Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office & Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative functions.

This role will also require to be heavily involved within the renewables installations division of the business, carrying out sales calls and follow ups to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process throughout.

Responsibilities



Managing incoming lead generation software and ensuring prompt responses to incoming enquiries. Carrying out follow up calls/contacts to prospective clients to assist estimators. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly. Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders and managing customer accounts. Maintain accurate records and files using various software applications, including Word, Excel. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required. Support the team with organisational tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Utilise Outlook for effective communication and scheduling within the office.

Qualifications



Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong computer literacy skills. Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous. Previous experience in a customer service or sales administration role is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in all work undertaken.

Pay: 12.50-14.50 per hour
