We're proud to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our growing and values-led organisation as the Registered Manager of our second children's home - a well-resourced, modern 3-bed home in a lovely part of Nottingham (NG7), boasting spacious gardens and a homely environment.
About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring we maintain the highest standards in line with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. You will play a key role in shaping a nurturing, supportive, and empowering environment for children and young people.
You will be fully supported by a dedicated Full-Time Service Manager Responsible Individual with extensive experience in opening and leading successful homes. This is a great opportunity to help shape the home's culture and standards from the beginning.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in managing or deputising in a children's residential care setting
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
Strong safeguarding knowledge and regulatory compliance experience
A child-centred approach with resilience, warmth, and leadership skills
